Our middle distance is called “Hölle von Q” (translates as “Hell of Q”) and is held on 3^rd of September 23. Our Name refers to 1600m elevation difference and the passage through an ancient street called “Hölle” in the UNESCO Heritage Town Quedlinburg (a gem, by the way).

We have been sold out the last couple of years (and startet even 2020 and 21). We have top starters from all over Germany. Pro Starters, able to finish long distances under 8hours, Ironman winners and successful Hawaii participants. And we have a lot of fun.

Now Hell of Q wants more international participation. This is why we give away one free slot to every county (limited to 10 countries). You just need to be newbie to hell + live in and have an ITU license from a country not yet on the starting list. Represented so far: Germany, Switzerland, Netherlands, Denmark, USA.
